2. Digital Services and Delivery Services and digital goods are typically delivered electronically. Delivery is considered complete when access details, account details, or deliverables are supplied to the buyer.

- Pre-delivery cancellations: If you cancel before delivery begins, we will provide a full refund minus any transaction fees where applicable.
- Post-delivery requests: Refunds after delivery are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds if we cannot fulfil the service as described or if there is a verifiable error on our part.

5. Chargebacks If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend services, refuse future orders, and pursue recoverable costs.
