1. No Refunds on Services

At Vurike, we are committed to delivering high-quality social media marketing services tailored to our clients’ needs. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

2. Service Modifications

If you are not satisfied with our service, we will work with you to make reasonable modifications to ensure your expectations are met. Requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service subscription or campaign before work begins. If cancellation is requested after the project has started, no refund will be issued, but we may offer a partial credit towards future services at our discretion.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • A failure on our part to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen reasons
